He is survived by: his wife Sharon Harley of Van; his children, Randy Harley (Donna) of Van and Roxanna Harley of Big Sandy; his siblings, Jeanette Moore, Joyce Harley, Debra Haley and Billy Bennett; and his grandchildren, Kandyce Harley, Aaron Harley, Joshua Harley, Whitney Harley, Timmy Reaves, Kadi Alford, Tommy Harley, Troy "Andy" Harley, Chad Fenton and Jared Raney. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Hilliard Funeral Home (386 N Maple St, Van, TX 75790). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at the Creagleville Cemetery.
