He was predeceased by: his parents, Festus Orestus Braley and Effie Graham Braley; his brother Pat Braley; his sister-in-law Lynda Braley; and his sister Marvis Keel.
He is survived by: his wife Lelia Braley; his children, Shaun Braley (Jenifer), April Riggs (Chris) and Jamie Braley (Ashli); his brother Wendell Braley; his brother-in-law David Bonner (Judy); his grandchildren, Allison (Taylor), Kasha, Kiara, Jacob, Treston (Kaitlyn), Chrisalin, Gavin (Taylor), Tucker, Addisyn and Mason; and his great grandchildren, Khloe and Cove. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (300 W Upshur Ave, Gladewater, TX 75647). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
