She is survived by: her husband Robert Joseph Garza; her stepchildren, Amber Nichole Garza and Robert James Garza; her pet Gustavo; her brother Jay Charles Koonce of Shreveport, LA; her brother-in-law Alex Herring; her sibling's children, Novalei Fae Garza, Nora Kay Reed, Erin Herring, John Herring, Tayler Scott, Sara Ellengburg and Lauren DeBroeck; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hanna Ellengburg, Anna Claire DeBroeck, Hudson, Trey DeBroeck, Tysen, Tyren Scott, Jack, Jett Reed and Cannon Warren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Cook-Walden Funeral Home (6100 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78752).
