He is survived by: his wife Rita Jarrard; his children, Jimmy Jarrard Jr. of Mineola, TX, Julie Reed (Ricky) of White Oak, TX, Jerry Jarrard (Tracey) of Monroe, LA, Jennifer Tidmore (Trent), Jacob Jarrard (Toni) of Longview, TX and Jaclyn Mize (Michael) of Mineola, TX.; his sister-in-law Patricia Jarrard of Mineola, TX.; his grandchildren, Cera Benedict, Nikki McAndrew, Chandler Reed, Robert Renn, Jessica Jarrard, Melanie Harris, Shelby Reeder, Cody, Dylan Tidmore, Caleb, Piper Jarrard, Brooke, Katelyn, Abbey and Macy Mize; his great grandchildren, Emma, Blake, Cooper Benedict, Elliot Haskins, Hensley Wacker, Maddilyn, Tyson, Ryker, Jaxson, Reece Reed, Rian Reeder, Luke and Liam Harris; and his nephews, Blake Miller, Brooke Akers, Bari Woolley, Vincent Jarrard, Keeli Darst and Wendi Hydes (Staci Heflin).
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beaty Funeral Home Chapel - Mineola. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church (3855 FM 1801, Mineola, TX 75773).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to New Hope Baptist Church in Mineola to continue the good works and fellowship Jim loved and nurtured.
