Roy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward Ferrell and Dorothy Mary Etta Smith; his former wives, Judy Casselberry and Kay Parker; and his brother Ricky Ferrell (Lailia).
He is survived by: his fiancé Kay Cole; his sons, Nick Ferrell (Jaime), Kirk Ferrell (Helaena) and Ken Ferrell; his grandchildren, Tyler Ferrell (Madison), Maci Johnson (Corey), Kallan Ferrell (Elle), Sydney Lanier (Jimmy), Kennedy Bailey (Blake), Dylan Patterson (Molly), Adam Mohundro, Paisley Ferrell, Presley Ferrell and Parker Ferrell; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Brayden, Waylon, JonGrayson, Bruce, Aston, Warner, Miles, Caroline and Levi; and his sisters, Cindy Duck (Andy), Becky Ferrell (Danny) and Kathryn Ferrell. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews, and his friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ashworth Funeral Home (2217 S Washington St, Kaufman, TX 75142). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A burial will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Kaufman Cemetery (901 N Dallas St, Kaufman, TX 75142).
