He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Lee and Margaret Virginia Finley; and his wife Gladys Ruth Isbell. He is survived by: his children, Charles Kenneth Finley Jr. of Tyler, Danny Lee Finley of Coolidge, Melinda Lynn Williams of Fairfield and Paul Nathan Finley of Coolidge.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Driver Cemetery.
