He was predeceased by: his brother Marcus Jay "Dino" Sonnier; his parents, Ethel Rae Cormier and Charles Joseph "CJ" Sonnier; and his grandparents, Nora Breaux, Jules Cormier, Ida Perkins and Willie Sonnier.
He is survived by: his significant other Carman Sonnier; his sons, Corey and Cameron; his grandchildren, Cayman, Xerxes and Zaia; and his siblings, April Sonnier Brown (Norman Brown), Troy Isaacs and Richard Daniels.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hope Church (4209 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77581). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
