He is survived by: his wife Brenda Froehlich Pennington; his children, Shelby Glen Pennington and Allison Frances Pennington; his siblings, Claire Ruth Pennington, Glynn Ellen McCoy and Marshall Gary Pennington; his grandchildren, Wiley, Shaylee, Marlee, Max and Rowan; his siblings' children, Tiffany, Taylor, Austin, Travis and Ben; Jean.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Champion Forest Baptist Church - Champions (15555 Stuebner Airline Rd, Houston, TX 77069).
