He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Herbert Rossman, Sr. and Elizabeth Bolser Rossman; his siblings, Rosemary Bradberry and Otto Herbert Rossman, Jr.; his grandson Chase Stanley; and his great grandchild Elphaba Espinosa.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Rossman; his brother Jerry Rossman; his children, Penny Espinosa (Raul), Virginia Jarzombek (Michael), DeeAine Watson (Alan) and John Willis (Traci); his grandchildren, Lynda Lind (Myron), Edward Espinosa (Audrey), Gregory Jarzombek (Luyi), Cordell Jarzombek (Becca), Courtland Johnson, Emily Johnson, Ashley Meeks and Chelsea Stanley; and his great grandchildren, Myles, Tyler, Mathilda, Jeremiah, Colette, Rosemary, Presley and Theo.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023).
