She was predeceased by: her husbands, T. L. Simpson and Gawain Williams; her children, David Simpson and Debbie Kirkpatrick; her granddaughter Stacey Alford Wallace; and her daughter-in-law Charlett Simpson.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Simpson (Janet), Preston Simpson, Janet Schrader (Bill) and Patti Moore (Walter). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; eighteen great-great grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel (1015 N Kings Hwy, Nash, TX 75569). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
