With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Gay Owen (Fredericksburg, Texas), born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 8, 2025 at the age of 76. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Courtney Lee Owen; her children, Shellayne Miller (Jason), Tiffany Stark (Ryan), Chad Owen (Jennifer), Luke Owen (Razil) and Brett Owen (Leslee); her sister Judy Ketterling (Rick); her grandchildren, Austin Miller (Angela), Brooke Leal (Chris), Victoria Bernstein (Grant), Amanda Miller, Chloe Stark, Carys Stark, Charlotte Stark, Mackenzie Owen, Blaine Owen, Tyler Owen, Olivia Owen, Jonas Owen, Mathis Owen, Brett Owen Jr., Evangeline Owen, Liam Owen and Vienna Owen; and her great grandchild Luciana Miller. She is also survived by her husband, family, friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1665 Llano St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624).
