He was predeceased by: his sons, Adan Gomez III and Ayden Gomez; his parents, Adan Gomez and Innocencia Gomez; his brother Guadalupe "Lupito" Gomez (Edmund Gomez); his niece Sara Gomez; and his son-in-law Steve Ramirez.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Jean Gomez; his daughters, Melissa Guerrero (Roy), Michelle Ramirez and Melanie George (Joshua); his grandchildren, Jacob Gomez, Justine Gomez, Steve Ramirez IV, Joseph Salazar, Julian George, Jacqueline George and Jefferson George; his siblings' children, Brandi Gomez (Scott) and Tommy Lee Gomez (Cynthia); and his siblings, George Gomez (Laura), Martin Gomez (Maria), Baldemar "Bo" Gomez, Bertha Gomez, Mary Helen Gomez and Teresa Espinoza (Rudolfo). He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charlie Marshall Funeral Home-Aransas Pass (2003 W Wheeler Ave, Aransas Pass, TX 78336). A rosary will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
