She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marshall and Josephine Marshall (Robertson); her husband William Kenneth Day; her children, Wanye and Marsha Jane Day; and the parents of child, John and Josephine Marshall.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Marta Day of Horseshoe Bay, TX; her grandchildren, Joanna Day and Mathew Day; and her great grandchildren, Conner Day, Charlie, Luke and Rose Moorehead.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hamil Family Funeral Home (6449 Buffalo Gap Rd, Abilene, TX 79606). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Elmwood Memorial Park (5750 US-277, Abilene, TX 79606).
