He is survived by: his wife Vicki Powell; his former spouses, Vikki Dison and Dylan Powell (Samuel Ehlmann) of Beaverton, OR; his stepdaughter Rachaele Suggs of Lone Oak, TX; his sister Sonia Powell Assaf (George) of Bastrop, TX.; and his grandchildren, Andrew Powell, Ryan Powell of Grapevine, Keegan Suggs, Kerigan Suggs and Reed Suggs of Lone Oak.
