He is survived by: his children, Vickie Lynn Fowler of Beaumont and James Douglas Fowler of Thailand; his stepdaughters, Brenda Chance (Ronnie) of Fredericksburg and Paula Schooley of Porter; his stepgrandchildren, Robin Chance (Aly Hakam), Alan Patterson (Addie) of Cameron, Ruthann Richardson (Jaz) of Lumberton, Tarah Tumlinson (Charlie) of Evadale and David Beadle (Tracy) of Tyler; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brinley Patterson, Cade Patterson, River Richardson, Michah Sanchez and Gabe Sanchez.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Lumberton (1206 S Main St, Lumberton, TX 77657). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1206 S Main St, Lumberton, TX 77657). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Bluff Memorial Park (618 Block St, Port Neches, TX 77651).
