We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2025, Lauren Adriana Araujo of Cypress, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Maria Isabel Araujo Vázquez and Edmundo Araujo; and her great-grandparents, Daphne Lucille Humphrey and Harley Harold Humphrey. She is survived by: her children, Ava Rose Hernandez and Mason Kade Grosskruetz; her parents, Donie Araujo and Enrique Araujo; her brother Andrew Araujo; her close friend Dalton Grosskruetz; and her grandparents, Andrew Humphrey, Mickie Humphrey and Debbie Marshall. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Klein Funeral Home - Cy Fair (9719 Wortham Blvd, Houston, TX 77065). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church (4213 Mangum Rd, Houston, TX 77092). A committal service will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Klein Memorial Park - CyFair (14711 Cypress North Houston Rd, Cypress, TX 77429).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Houston SPCA (https://act.houstonspca.org), because of her love for animals.
