It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Natividad Ruiz of Brownwood, Texas, who passed away on September 13, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Braulio Arriaga and Carmen Castaneda Arriaga; and her siblings, Virginia Alvarado, Antonio Arriaga and Braulio Arriaga Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Augustin Ruiz; her children, Christian Ruiz (Christi), Angelica Ruiz (Rene) and Rolando Ruiz; her grandchildren, Marcus Ruiz (Grace), Fernando Ruiz (Esmeralda), Jacob Ruiz (Shelby), Arianna Ruiz, Alexia Ruiz, Vicente Ruiz, Tyler Ruiz and Ayla Ruiz; and her siblings, Maximo Arriaga (Juanita), Rebecca Bauer, Emilia Gonzalez (Balerano), Jose Arriaga (Angel) and Arnulfo Arriaga. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heartland Funeral Home (303 Early Blvd, Early, TX 76802). A rosary will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church (1105 Main St, Brownwood, TX 76801).
