We bid farewell to Betty Scott (West, Texas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 15, 2025 at the age of 88. Betty touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Vines and Lila Vines (Warren); and her siblings, Lois Cogburn, Leon and James "Jimmy" Vines.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Scott of West; her children, David Scott (Annette) of West, Richard Scott (Pam) of Norman, AR and Karen Pustejovsky (Paul) of Bryan; her grandchildren, Lindsey Breshears (Doug), Kelsey Scott (Tyler), Jesse Scott (Kyleigh), Ashley Bailey, Nathan, Lotosha McKamie, James, John Pustejovsky and Kristin Pustejovsky (Stephen); her great grandchildren, Colton, Hannah Breshears, Holt Hamilton, Eli Bailey, Truett Scott, Cheyenne and Sierra McKamie; her sisters-in-law, Vonda and Pam Vines; and her nieces, Sonya Jones, Kim Bell and Stephanie Lindsey. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel (808 S Reagan St, West, TX 76691). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Rest Haven.
