He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Lippold and Robert Lippold; and his sister-in-law Maria Mercedes Alva. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lippold; his children, Helen Lippold (Mickey Farmer) and Philip Lippold; his sisters, Patricia Lindgren (Robert) and Paula Johnson (James); and his siblings' children, Adrian Alva, Bianca McCarver (Brian), Laura Alva, Robert Lindgren, Jr. (Sarah), David Lindgren (Jill), Angela Chopper (Robert), Jennifer Kauzlick (Shawn), Melanie Smith (Tyler) and Valerie Armbrust (Michael).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crowder Funeral Home (2422 E Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77581). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mary Queen Catholic Church (606 Cedarwood Dr, Friendswood, TX 77546).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
