She is survived by: her brother Jeff Smith (Teri); her sibling's children, Logan Smith (Kayla), Andrew Simmons (Emilee) and Amanda Ridgeway (Mike); and her great-nephews, Case Simmons, Hayes Simmons, Tate Simmons and Paxton Ridgeway.
