He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Walter Nutt, Sr. and Madelyn Nutt; his sister Janie Nutt McDonald; and his nephew Tony Nutt. He is survived by: his wife Retta Jones Nutt; his son John Kirk; his daughter-in-law Kelly Nutt; his grandchildren, Cody Nutt, Jordan May and Dalton Nutt; his great grandchild Grayson May; his friend Martine Puga; Valerie and Jacob.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home - Texas (3515 Texas Blvd, Texarkana, TX 75503). A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Earnest Cemetery.
