It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Valarie Sue Cooper (Whitehouse, Texas), born in Tyler, Texas, who passed away on September 16, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Thedford and Ruth Rumph Thedford; her sister Carol Lane; and her niece Ashley Turner. She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Tommy" Cooper of Whitehouse; her daughters, Rani Cooper (Bet Escalante) and Carol Ina (Nathan Neely); her sisters, Regina (Monroe Kirby) and Jessie (David Enright); her sister-in-law Debbie Johnson (Don Robert) of Tyler; and her grandchildren, Brynden Escalante, Bree Ella Escalante, Blaine Escalante, Thomas Neely, Cooper Neely and Thedford "Teddy" Neely.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Walnut Grove Cemetery (10955 FM 344, Whitehouse, TX 75791).
