He is survived by: his children, Troy Fulgham (Traci) and Tracy Mitchell (Doyle); his grandchildren, Kendall Mitchell (Valerie), Lindsey Scrivner, Justin Fulgham, Tyler Fulgham (Bethany), Allison Mitchell, Destiny Landford, Emily Fain and Caitlin Burns; his great grandchildren, Keegan, Anhelica, Tynlee, Alexavier, Brilyn, Kayson, Tailyn, Adym, Addison, Adyn, Caden, Creed and Banks; and his siblings, Karolyn Reves and Larry Fulgham.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hamil Family Funeral Home (6449 Buffalo Gap Rd, Abilene, TX 79606).
