With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven Lynn Poplin of Texarkana, Texas, born in Tyler, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2025 at the age of 64. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Poplin and Vivian Poplin; his brother Hugh; his siblings-in-law, Sherry Poplin and Lou Love; and his niece Lindsey Hickey.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Poplin; his daughters, Jessica Clanton (Chris) and Hanna Crider (Ryan); his granddaughters, Zoey and Hannah; his siblings, Martha Love, Melba Hickey (Larry), Melissa Hammer (Tim) and David Poplin (Ann); his brothers-in-law, Wanette Dykes (Ben) and Bruce Slavin; Steve. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home - Arkansas (4801 Parkway Dr, Texarkana, AR 71854).
