He is survived by: his parents, Jay Judd Wommack and Mary McDonald Wommack; his wife Rebekah Lynn Howard Wommack; his son Max Wommack; his sisters, Lydia Wommack of Texarkana, Texas and Margaret Maldonado of The Dalles, Oregon; his parents-in-law, Dawn Adams and Jason Howard; his siblings-in-law, Goldie, Devin Audiffred, Pat and Traci Ivey; and his aunts and uncles, Ann McDonald of Atlanta, Georgia, Cille McDonald, Mike McDonald of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Tripp Wommack, Stacie Wommack of Midland, Texas, Lydia Barton and Tom Barton of Austin, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. James Day School in Texarkana, Texas, in honor of Judd.
