She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Huerta Trevino and Ofelia G. Trevino; her husband Carlos Chapa; and her siblings, Ninfa Garza (Justo), Olga Rodriguez (Richard), Albert Trevino (Rosie) and Joe Martin Trevino.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles A. Chapa, Arnold David Chapa, Michael Dominick Chapa (Misty) and Roberto Reyna (Lana); her grandsons, Cody Houseton (Kaitlyn), Tyler Houseton, Michael P. Chapa, Caleb Dominick Chapa and Jonathan Calderon; her great grandchildren, Holly and Delilah; and her sister Sylvia Jaimes (Richard). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home - South Side (6204 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78745). A rosary will be held on Thursday, June 18th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (10000 David Moore Dr., Austin, Texas 78748). A committal service will be held on Friday, June 19th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Onion Creek Memorial Park Cemetery (11610 Chapel Ln, Austin, TX 78748).
