He is survived by: his son Barry Gentile; his father Jim; his sisters, Amy Stern (Ed) of Black Rock and Kate Prezioso (Bill) of Trumbull; his nieces and nephews, Emily McCormick (Eddie), Chris Stern (Alex), Patrick Stern, Matt Stern, Lily Jennings (Mason), Caroline Prezioso, Will Prezioso, Lydia Prezioso and Olivia DeFeo; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, James, Matthew and Ava; his aunts, Barbara Gilbert of Fairfield and Tere Newbauer (Bill) of Black Rock; Lisa. He is also survived by many loving cousins and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Theresa Church (5301 Main St, Trumbull, CT 06611). A burial will be held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Lawn Cemetery (1530 Bronson Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824).
