It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nanette (Dumas) Levasseur of Coventry, Connecticut, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul E. Dumas and Estelle Dumas; and her siblings, Ghislin Perrault, Diane Dumas and Denis Dumas.
She is survived by : her children, Gerald M. Levasseur Jr. (Carline) of Ellington and Lynn T. Levasseur (Alain D. Veilleux) of Coventry; her grandchildren, Jerilyn Serra (Greg) of Enfield, Shelby Johnson (Devon) of Manchester and Luke Levasseur; her great grandchildren, Dylan Serra, Sage Johnson and Devon Johnson Jr.; and her sisters, Paula Martin of Farmington and Yvette Desjardin of Plainville.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home (419 Buckland Rd, South Windsor, CT 06074). A mass of christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (673 Ellington Rd, South Windsor, CT 06074).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
