It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maureen Anne Bishop of Meriden, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her birth mother Toni E. Aveni of Mendon, Vermont.. She is survived by : her sisters, Patty Cameresi (Rob) of Fairfax, VA, Cindy Akin (Scott) of Kinnelon, N. J., Tammy Picone (Paul) of Wayne, N. J., Julie Nees and NJ; her former life partner Harley Bishop of North Haven; and her aunt Millie Bishop of Trumbull. She is also survived by cousins, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home (291 Bridgeport Ave, Milford, CT 06460). A prayer will be held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
