She was predeceased by : her father James Hughes. She is survived by : her mother Cynthia Flood-Hughes; her step-father Andy Warble; her brother James Hughes; her husband Vance R. Picard, Jr.; her children, Juliana Picard and Mason Natusch; and her grandson Oliver Natusch.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home (161 W Church St, Seymour, CT 06483). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 10th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks those making donations in Elizabeth's name, be made to either the Road to Refuge, 135 Warner Rd. New Haven, CT 06473, or to an animal shelter of your choice.
