He was predeceased by : his mother Flora Lee Hicks; and his brother Lester Hicks. He is survived by : his wife Ellen Washington; his children, Timothy Washington Jr. (Zoraida) of Jacashes, Mielec, Daeshaun Mielec, Nicole Washington, Jona Hubbard (Titus) and Alexis Dingle; his siblings, Cynthia Ann Drain, Juliet Hicks, Deborah Washington (Talibah Adeeba), Larry Hicks (Nixa), Michael Washington and Brent Washington (Kim Carlile); his step-sons, Kelvin Riddle (Stacy) and Marcus Riddle (Carrie Walker); his mother-in-law Jean Petit; his siblings-in-law, Suzanne Petit, Jane Lukowicz (Thomas), Katherine Bryant (David), Henri Petit (Cindy Egan), Steven Petit, Robert Petit (Sherry), John Petit (Susan) and William Petit (Tracey); his close friends, Jeanne and Allan Pipkin; and his former life partner Cora Washington. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home (88 E Main St, Meriden, CT 06450).
