She was predeceased by : her significant other Paul DuBois; and her parents, Ann Janusis (Johnston) and John Johnston, Sr.. She is survived by : her daughter Ann Francisco; her son-in-law Sean FitzMaurice of Cheshire; her grandchildren, Stacie Beard (Erik) of Avon and Brady Francisco-FitzMaurice of Washington, D. C.; her great grandchildren, Brie and Tucker Beard; her sister-in-law June Johnston; her siblings, John Johnston, Jr., Patricia Pratt Welton, Margaret Stango and Lawrence Johnston; her former life partner Louis Francisco; her mother-in-law Silvina Francisco; and also, Mark DuBois, Adrienne Oberg, Phyllis West and Michelle Whalen.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 16th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Chase Parkway Memorial (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 16th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A mass of christian burial will be held on Tuesday, January 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception (74 W Main St, Waterbury, CT 06702). A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 16th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (669 Platt Rd, Watertown, CT 06795).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Ann's name to: Alzheimer's Resource Center of CT 1261 South Main Street.
