He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Ferris and Hanora Marie Somers Spear; and his brother Peter Spear. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Curran Spear. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A mass of christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Michael McGivney Parish in St. Mary's Church (5 Hillhouse Ave, New Haven, CT 06511).
