It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claire Sanieski of Branford, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter John and Rosemary Sanieski (Salmon). She is survived by : her siblings, Karen (John Tamburro) of Barrington, RI and Walter (Patty Kay); and her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Grant, Kristin Dion, Bryan Tamburro, John-Paul and Kevin Sanieski. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
A mass will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (731 Main St, Branford, CT 06405). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Daniel Congrove Branford Animal Shelter.
