Wiencek of Danbury, Connecticut, born in Clinton, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Joan Wiencek (Gallagher); his parents, Stanley Wiencek and Gladys Wiencek (Gwiazda); his daughter Mary Casazza; and his brother Stanley Wiencek.
He is survived by : his children, David Wiencek (Lisa) of Danbury, Diane Nutter (Sherman) of Newtown, CT and Eileen Bellantoni (Anthony) of Bethel; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jacob, Evan Wiencek, Michael, Andrew Casazza, Brian, Amanda Nutter, Megan Cooper (Bellantoni) and Matthew Bellantoni; and his sister-in-law Marie Krizan of Danbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A mass of christian burial will be held on Wednesday, January 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (8 Robinson Ave, Danbury, CT 06810).
