It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Zenowia Towpasz of Niantic, Connecticut, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Zenowij; and her siblings, Mychajlo, Ihor Zajac, Vera Kaszczynec, Daria Manylo and Anna Dacyk.
She is survived by : her children, Christine Towpasz-Florie, Donna Towpasz and Lewko Towpasz; her grandchildren, Michael Florie, Stephanie Florie-Blank (Aaron), Alexander Towpasz (Rebecca) and Nicholas Towpasz; and her great grandchildren, Natalie and Niko Towpasz.
A mass of christian burial will be held on Monday, January 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church (178 Linwood Ave, Colchester, CT 06415). A burial will be held on Monday, January 15th 2024 at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
It was Zenia's wish that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Mary's Catholic Church.
