He was predeceased by : his parents, Hezekiah "Carl" Rowe and Ramey "Roma" Rowe (Mullens). He is survived by : his wife Wilma Lee Rowe (Morgan) of Wallingford; and his children, Kenneth Jr. (Eliane Rowe) and Melissa (Lee Montgomery).
