He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas J. Jr. Sweeney and Agnes Sweeney (Deeley). He is survived by : his wife Ann Sweeney (Saling); and his siblings, Dr. Elaine Sweeney of Vernon, Darlene Solomson (Ray) of South Windsor, Doreen Anderson (Jim) of Ellington, Deirdre Palmer (Bryan) of East Hartford, Brian Sweeney (Valerie) of Vernon and Terrence Sweeney of Vernon. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Spencer Funeral Home (112 Main St, East Hampton, CT 06424). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St Patrick Church (47 W High St, East Hampton, CT 06424).
