She is survived by : her husband Ronald; and her children, Miriam (Dan Abate), Jay Sr. (Roberta Foster), Earl (Catherine Foster), Carl (late Gail Foster), Roxanne Foster, Wayne (Lori-Jean Foster) and Stuart (Kathy Foster). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Congregational Church of Torrington (837 Riverside Ave, Torrington, CT 06790).
Celina donated many yarn projects to veterans through the Torrington Elks, First Church, and to children in need in Torrington public schools, among others. Donations can be made to the Book of Remembrance at First Congregational Church.
