Howard of Groton, Connecticut, born in Waterford, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 82, on January 16, 2024. He was predeceased by : his parents, Leslie Howard and Ina Howard; his wife Barbara Carroll; and his brothers, Leslie Howard and Richard Howard.
He is survived by : his children, Donna O'Hanlon (Terry) of Gales Ferry, Tara Watt (Richard) of Saugerties, NY and Thomas J. Howard (Cynthia) of Ledyard; and his brothers, Arthur Howard and Ronald Howard. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Byles-Groton Memorial (310 Thames St, Groton, CT 06340). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
