She was predeceased by : her spouse Luís A. Torres, Jr.; her parents, Francisco Bonilla and Gladys Pérez Bonilla; and her brother Elias Bonilla. She is survived by : her children, Priscilla Torres and Luís Ariel Torres, III of Hamden; her siblings, Cecilia Cordero (Samuel) of Hamden, Norma Bonilla of New Haven, Francisco "Frank" Bonilla (Mirta) of North Branford, Juan Bonilla (Anita) of Cheshire, Josue Bonilla of New Haven and Sammy Bonilla (Zaida) of West Haven; and her granddaughter Leilani Torres of New Haven. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Star of Jacob Christian Church (506 Howard Ave, New Haven, CT 06519). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
