She was predeceased by : her parents, Nathan Currie and Pearl Currie (Johnson); and her sister Betty Helms. She is survived by : her husband Robert "Bob" Brown; her step-children, John Brown (Patti), Christina Roberge (Victor) and Lori Brown (Allen); her former life partner Jimmy Cleveland; her sons, Cary Cleveland (Laura) and Randy Cleveland (Cindy Churtz); her sister Mary Keigley; her grandchildren, Chad Cleveland, Cameron Cleveland (Kate), Jason Poitras, Gabriel Brown and Paige Brown; and her great grandchildren, Carson Cleveland, Aidan, Connor Poitras and Cleveland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Potter Funeral Home (456 Jackson St, Willimantic, CT 06226). A prayer will be held on Saturday, February 3rd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
