With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertrand M. Flynn (Manchester, Connecticut), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on January 18, 2024 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bertrand M. Flynn to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Cornelius Flynn and Kathleen Flynn (O'Brien); and his wife Marguerite Phillips (Chetelat). He is survived by : his son Michael Flynn of Aurora; his step-children, Donna Phillips, Trip Barnett, Bill and Pam Phillips; his step-grandchildren, Michael Dietz, Sandra Guerrero, Jodi, Luke Hoar, Megan and Simon Wake; his close friend John Sattar; and his caregiver Marjorie. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, and a great-great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the John F Tierney Funeral Home (219 W Center St, Manchester, CT 06040). A mass of christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 27th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Maurice Church (32 Hebron Rd, Bolton, CT 06043).
