She was predeceased by : her father Edward Neilson. She is survived by : her mother Lorretta Neilson (Foster); her husband Edward Michael Gruber; her children, Jeffrey Edward Gruber, Sarah Grace Gruber, Caitlyn Rose Gruber and Hannah Elizabeth Gruber; her siblings, Eddie Neilson, Larry Neilson (Mary), Billy Neilson (Jeanne), Paulie Neilson (Cheryl), Tim Neilson (Lisa), MJ Boudinot (Bob), Jeff Neilson (Varina) and Peggy Santamorena (Frank); her aunt Patricia Foster; and her pets, Stella and Stoli. She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews; 12 great-nieces and great-nephews; many cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. (895 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A mass of christian burial will be held on Friday, January 26th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Martin de Porres Church (118 Cedar Valley Rd, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603). A burial will be held on Friday, January 26th 2024 at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
