He was predeceased by : his parents, Guido Bertagna and Assunta Bertagna (Pandiani); and his former life partner Jean Bertagna (Rosadini). He is survived by : his wife Audrey Bertagna (Maurizio); his son Peter (Danielle) of Sandwich, NH; his grandchildren, Lucas and Teagan; his daughter Catherine Schneider (James) of Dalton, MA; his grandsons, Matthew and Nicholas; his daughter Jennifer Bertagna (Christopher Rung) of West Hartford, CT; and his grandchild Meryl. He is also survived by two cousins, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home of Berlin (111 Chamberlain Hwy, Berlin, CT 06037). A mass of christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 27th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Paul Church (485 Alling St, Berlin, CT 06037). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 27th 2024 at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (250 Gypsy Ln, Meriden, CT 06450).
