It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph R. Christoni Jr. of Wallingford, Connecticut, born in Meriden, Connecticut, who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Christoni and Mary Christoni (Baldacchino); and his siblings, John, Vincent Christoni and Janeen Gello.
He is survived by : his wife Marie; his children, Rolland, Joseph R. Christoni III (Dawn Bracone) and Lori DeVit; his sister Rosemary Pachesa; his grandchildren, Keith DeVit, Joseph Christoni IV (Mandi), Kelly Christoni and Alexis Christoni; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Christoni, Joseph Christoni V, Dominick Miller and AJ Dionizio. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wallingford Funeral Home (809 N Main Street Ext, Wallingford, CT 06492). A mass of christian burial will be held on Friday, January 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Most Holy Trinity Church (84 N Colony St, Wallingford, CT 06492). A burial will be held on Friday, January 26th 2024 at the St. John Cemetery (401 Christian St, Wallingford, CT 06492).
