He was predeceased by : his parents, Aristide Tessitore and Carmela Tessitore (DeLucia); his wife Marilyn; his sister Maria; and his grandson John Louis.
He is survived by : his siblings, Joseph (Marguerite) and Mary; his children, Aristide (Jennifer) of Clemson, SC, John (Dolores) of Princeton, MA, Susan Ristau (Stephen) of Manchester, CT and Thomas (Monica) of Ashburnham, MA; his grandchildren, Heather Stevens, Jason Tessitore (Jamie), Amy Consiglio (Andy), Meghan Tessitore (David Sklarski), Benjamin Ristau (Cheyenne Beach), Aristide Ristau (Stacie), Gabriela Tessitore (Greg Rollins) and Abigail Tessitore (Aiden Jarrett); and his great grandchildren, Zachary Stevens, Spenser Stevens, Addison Consiglio, Emilia Consiglio, Taylor Tessitore, Lila Ristau, June Ristau, Laurence Ristau (Lars), Helen Ristau and Caleb Ristau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the John F Tierney Funeral Home (219 W Center St, Manchester, CT 06040). A mass of christian burial will be held on Tuesday, January 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of the Assumption (27 Adams St S, Manchester, CT 06040). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cooper Veterans Cemetery (140 Inway Dr, Anderson, SC 29621).
