He is survived by : his wife Kimberly Palmer; his children, Steven Allard (Taylor Allard), Elizabeth Allard, Kaitlyn Prior (Matthew Prior) and Nicholas Palmer; his grandchildren, Blake, Camden Allard, Amelia, Owen and Addison Prior; and his siblings, Barbara Miller, Patricia Schulze, Dennis Palmer (Brenda), Donald Palmer, David Palmer and Fred Palmer. He is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
