He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Marie Cellini Irving; and his son Kevin Irving. He is survived by: his wife Dawn of Winsted; his sons, James G. Irving (Holly) of Torrington, Christopher Irving of Clover, SC, John Irving (Caitlyn) of Winsted, Michael Irving of Ansonia, Nicholas of Winsted and Arthur Irving of Winsted; his stepdaughters, Seana Hunter of Waterbury and Kimberly Ramirez of Naugatuck; and his sisters, Janet Altieri of Norfolk, Carole Miller and Anita Decker of Torrington. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Phalen Funeral Home (285 Migeon Ave, Torrington, CT 06790). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Peter Church (107 E Main St, Torrington, CT 06790).
