He was predeceased by: his sister Carol Fernandes (Bill). He is survived by: his sisters, Jeanine LeVasseur (Gordon), Joanne Fernandes (Louis) and Reverend Linda Fernandes-Bailey (James); his children, Thomas J. Fernandes (Shawna), Rachel Gritzer (Joseph), Michael Danisevich and Tyler Fernandes; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Evan, Ryan, Brett Fernandes and Annalise Gritzer. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home (82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
